how i will know i can remove a torrent from the upload list utorrent?
Whenever you'd like - It's your program.
If it's slow uploading, then ditch it after a 1:1 is obtained. If it's giving a good, consistent upload speed, let it ride!

i can't agree with you - you can stop Up , after ratio 1:1 but if the rules of site say eg. 1:4 You have to up . to 4.So firs read FAQ and Rules . And of coz keep torrent alive as long as You can

Some sites have a time limit too - like you got to up for 72 hours or something as well as 1:1. However, I can sometimes up a torrent for weeks and it still not reach 1:1 purely becuase no-one else wants to leech it. At this point, I delete it cos its pretty dead by then.

FTN, FSC, AL and probably plenty of others are 72 hours or 1:1, whichever comes first.
Some sites give you a seeding bonus as it helps to keep the torrent alive. Might be worth checking each site individually before you remove any torrents.
