He is not asking to trade something he asking for a free invite which is different in my eyes at least and if a he has some good stats at other sites and is known around the forums as a good member then maybe some nice guy might give him a break and I personally don't see a problem with this kind of request unless the tracker doesn't want to be mentioned in public.

you have to be known everywhere. for instance, everyone pretty much knows you and alien5 around not only these forums, but several trackers

you and alien5 are typically the kind of users that get invited to revolt
