I want to put some pics i took on Myspace, yet they are too big file size.

How do i make them smaller? I thought i could do it with the free software, but microsft is crap.

any ideas? I dont want to do anything fancy, just make the file smaller.

Cheers!

^ That's awesome!

You can also just stick it in Photoshop if you have it conveniently installed and edit the jpeg compression criteria like quality, blur, diffusion, color number, etc. from the save for web menu.

Heres an online image resizer http://quickthumbnail.com/

Or
Image Resizer

This PowerToy enables you to resize one or many image files with a right-click.

Pretty much all you have to do if you have photoshop is open the image in it, do something to it (edit something or whatever) and go to save or save as and when it asks what quality level you want it at, just set it to high (8 or 9). Maximum(10-12) makes file sizes huge.

I will agree with jmscrft, image resizer from powertoys is probably the easiest.
