Bin To Iso

I haven't downloading WinISO yet so bear with me but I have some questions. I know when you burn a BIN you need the CUE but you don't need a CUE with ISO. Now do I need the CUE file to convert a BIN file to ISO using WinISO?

No you do not, when you click the BIN to ISO converter you first find the BIN you want to convert in the top window , then you choose the Path to where the ISO will go in the bottom window.

In the top window the "file type" you need to find is BIN not Cue
