I doubt it unless you have a dynamic IP.
They might let you sign up with the same IP but when they find out there was an existing account on the same IP then they might do something. Not sure about oink.

lol, u can, i gave around 5 accounts away and i am still able to sign up when i get an invite.

if u sign up with ur own invite, change ur ip and delete cookies and sign up with the new one. dont log back onto ur other one, just trade it.

you can sign up with your own invite. they dont care about two accounts on one ip. they'll just assume you invite your brother or something. you dont need permission
