I've never had it before but I've not been able to sleep for the past 4 days.

Not getting to sleep until 7-8AM in the morning and I have to leave for work at 11

I don't feel particulary tired but I must be because my vision is blurring.

I'm having some wine now, hopefully that'll sort me out

Interesting idea.
I've been selling more at work since I've been sleeping well

Mainly to unsuspecting 18-year old and old ladies of course

Not sleeping is bad. I get bouts of unsleep and feel great at the time but have to unpick the chaos I've caused when I feel better. it does mean the days last longer though...

If im lucky i manage 5-6 hours a night. It is murder when sometimes i wake up at 3 or 4 in the morning and there is nothing will make me sleep again.

I'm insomniac since 5 months now, i barely sleep 4 hours per nights..
I tried alot of tricks to fall asleep and the best way is to do some push up during the day then grab a good book around 11:00 pm

I hate to say it, but drugs are the answer. I have not found a better drug for inducing sleep than flexeril (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cyclobenzaprine), and I have tried many. Alcohol tends to make you pass out, and interferes with normal sleep processes in such a way that the sleep you get from it is not a "restful sleep" like you get naturally. Worse, when it wears off it causes a rebound insomnia effect. Same with pot, more or less. Flexeril produces a more natural sleep, and I have not noticed much hangover effect. Where to get it? Hmmm... If you don't suffer from muscle spasms or other muscle problems it might be hard to get your doctor to prescribe it. Then, you can look in your friends' medicine cabinets(with their permission) or try to buy it off the street.

Begin looking after a 14 month old child.

You will fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow. :dabs:

I am an insomniac of sorts, except mine stems from an addiction instead of the inability to go to sleep. My computer takes up more of my life than it should.

I recommend a good accountancy text book. I guarantee you won't get past the first half dozen pages before your eyelids are like lead.

I never did :ermm:
