I have, "MCSE in a Nutshell - The Windows 2000 Exams" in PDF. They are from the O'Reilly series. I have not seen anything for 2003.

I don't know if you will ever see this, but I thought I would put the following here for you anyway--it is from a post on FatWallet.com

The 76-210 and 76-215 exams cover the same content as the standard 70-210 and 70-215 exams, but contain additional questions. You missed the first one, but you could try for the second test...they are free, after all!
