In relation to humor, speed of wit, sarcasm, on the point, association, political judgment, relation to topic, relation to interviewee, insight, good points etc etc

yes i know these are all from "that land". But they seem to be most prominent on the web.

If i missed a show then do mention

I can relate more to stewart & colbert. Colbert is "overacting" whereas Stewart seems sincere. They seem to have more of goal in their interviews, outwiting the interviwee shows criticism but on one side seems to be their only goal. But atleast you can see minds churning.
the rest no comment.

I voted colbert/stewart although I will freely admit that I probably only see "the best bits" as shown on the web because my cable company does not carry comedy central in this area.

:dabs: bill twisted it. the guy said he didn't want to brutalise the afghan people. all he said about the taliban was that bush supported them

Good video, I have to say Glick Jnr showed incredible self restraint in not standing up a punching that pompus prick in the face. Is that how Mr O'Reilly controls his guest by telling them to "shut-up" & "Kill his mic!" when guests start to make points he disagrees with? He must have came last in the debating team...Pfft.. toss monkey!

I think Jnr new his dad a bit better than this wank O'reilly character.... again, I wish he had stood up and smacked him.

Bring back Gay Byrne!

How come you never mentioned this???????????
I never knew Colbert slagged off Bush, his administration, the army and the press Right in their faces publicly.
at the 2006 White House Correspondents Association Dinner.
Not that he is consistent, it seems hollywood has entered american culture
It even made me cringe for bush, the show must go on.
