I don't think it's fair to ban a whole country just for some bad members.
There may be a lot of good users in that country too.
I dont understand why iplay opend its doors in the 1st place :(
to expand our international userbase...so that u could download and upload easier...but some people are too stupid and don't understand we are doing this for them...for example chaptorrent made 9 accounts few hours ago

iPLAY opened signup to give a chance to everyone...but if the users prove us that we were wrong in opening the signup and they can't handle having only one account and playing fair...

Many members here wait till open signups & register dupe acc. & trade them after.

This is the reason why we closed signups just after 1.5 hours.
VERY STUPID PEOPLE SCREW IT UP FOR THE REST OF US......
Out of all the new members from open signups over half have now been banned and deleted. most dupe accounts, some cheaters, and some account traders.

i knew chaptorrent was a seedy character the moment he made his first few posts here. So im not surprised hes responsible for those dupe accts.

In this post lies a big truth: If all sites opened once a month for example,as gfxnews.ru and brother sites do, invite/account trading would immediatly end..
Also it wouldn't be always open for signup so that people would value their account there and it would also give time to clear the bad people.. But I guess staff like kimii need to feel elite in their cyber life(...) and that's why that will never happen ...

Do you recall when TB opened up for sign ups and everyone started making dupe accounts because they were going to use it to trade? People were even making threads on how to make dupes. I rest my case.

Yeah Kimii I recall that.. And truth is almost everyone made one.. But since then it has been continually open for signups and most people probably gave up their accounts since it was more of a mess for them to avoid getting caught with dupes than to keep them for future tradings especially since nobody wanted it and everyone got one.. That's exactly the point of my post above..
As for #$^%%^$ R*** etc. sorry but I really think they can get on each and every site they want anytime, if they aren't there already.. It's just that their probably aren't bothered much now..

Ok . What will you say if any one Signup on worthy tracker sites With your nick name here and made 50 acc with same user name , is that means that you are bad member or cheater or scammer , i don`t think that
You can by easy way to check his ips to catch him , if any one her didn`t have more that acc i think he didn`t need to trade his accounts any more but let me say most of us using invitation to trade :yup:

It's really unfair, bitspyder did it and banned the hole country and the major ISP's due to high level of fraudulent activity(as they say) although i was a privileged user there .
I was deprived from the best e-learning tracker i've ever seen,and when i get at last an invitaion to bitme after about 6 hours i found that i'can't access it although i uploaded a 40 MB and downloaded nothing.
I'm a member in elbitz and learnbits,but they can't be compared to bitspyder and bitme.
Am really feeling down :cry: and :angry:

It's the percentage of egyptians who cheat which is the problem. There are definitely more cheaters from the US than any other country but its still probably only around 5% of all americans on a site, while 80%+ of egyptians cheat- at least thats the case over at bitmetv.
The main reason for israeli's cheating so much was that someone posted cheated methods on a very popular israeli forum and suddenly out of 100 israeli's, 95 started cheating. So i'm wondering if anything similar has happened in egypt.
Also banning single IP's doesn't help much if they're dynamic as was the case with israel.
Cheating is evil and people here should remember that. I often see people here rant off about trackers who take drastic measures to combat cheats yet these rants should be directed at cheaters and creators of cheat software.
As for dupe accounts, well nearly as bad and could be avoided if people stopped cheating which would lead to private trackers being more lenient with their invite trading policies.

Haha, at least on this site, I don't have to sit quietly and listen to you people moralize about the "evil" of breaking site rules. I'm not sure all of you actually realize you administer a site specifically designed to circumvent copyright law, and in many cases actually sell people the ability to download copyrighted material (fyi bitmetv has pay to leech, if you're not a member there).
One time I was banned there (multiple accounts), the newest moderator actually lectured to me, "It is times of adversity that define us as people." I actually laughed aloud. Is he under the impression that he's administering a church group?
Basically, the consensus seems to be that you want a membership of pirates to be perfectly moral in all it's dealings, except for, well, being pirates. I actually applaud the majority of measures you guys take to combat cheaters, although it's clearly an obsession with some of you. Still, cheaters and leechers do harm sites, and bitmetv is better place because you are careful. But please, please, leave the lectures on morality at home; after all I joined a private tracker, not the 700 club.

What's the top upload rate possible in Egypt, anyways? I have seen 2mbit, but not much higher. At the same time, I see many Egyptians members whoring 300GB buffer few week old accounts for higher sites. Seems a bit fishy, no? :sick:
Also, please do not give the "not all Egyptians/Israelis are cheaters" rhetoric. I realize that, of course I do. At the same time, I would not protest against trackers banning Israel/Egypt (maybe individual members could apply individually to be un-banned or the like). These people are cheating with impunity, lowering the value of sites, and eroding the BT community into kazaa.

as i said i was more ruthless in the first post to show u that we mean bussiness...and if we opened signup it's not like u can make more accounts or cheat...it's for your own sake to have better download and upload speeds...coz you've been complaining there is hard to seed on iplay
this signup was only for foreign users fyi...i think this can be closed now.
