Programs>startup>microsoft Office

just wondering if anyone can tell me exactly what this item does (Programs>Startup>Microsoft Office)
every time office is installed I noticed it goes there.
And being a person that doesn’t like lots of stuff loaded on startup I always deleted it, today thought i would try and find out.
anyone know what this actually does?, it does its thing in the background what ever the hell it is.

I think its something Office loads so that it is opened faster once you open an Office program. I don't believe its necessary to keep it in startup.

I think it loads the Office Toolbar, if you have it enabled, and FindFast...
