you have a point, but not quite true. Consider mine: I got my ScT long back, when most of these other sites barely existed. I got it for free when the best tracker(ET) at that time got busted by FBI, as some of you may remember. I never needed any other trackers and never cared about better pretimes and speed as long as my university's bandwidth cap of 100kbps(!) download could always be maxxed out using either of these sites ( ScT, even TB or FL !!! ). But thats my case.

Still I would suggest anybody to be careful trading with people having 0 reps and low number of posts and yep, that includes me :D

Got to agree with blackfog, not eveyone who has sct, has all the other torrents. you will probably find they have the least no of rep points and posts. I guess you need to take into consideration when they registered on FST too.
