TS-Tracker is one of the best scene German trackers.
Revolt is a forum.

Ok sorry, Revolt is basically a forum, the tracker has about 50 torrents. So, we can say that Revolt is a forum, a very private forum with some torrents lol.

Haven't even heard of torrentfactory. I take it that it also has very few torrents?

At least it isn't listed as a level 4 tracker, is it?

the site is gone for long, but at that time it was listed as 6 in your tacker scale.
