If you get Macromedia studio MX off kazaa it will be free and it has more stuff then you will ever need

Macromedia studio MX : is quite difficult for some to use, I personally use Net Objects Fusion 7 and crack it from cracks.am (http://www.google.com) its easy to use and u can make or download templates free of charge.

If ya know html and php and whatever other languages you want to use to code your site, get Microsoft Frontpage. Like Dreamweaver MX, it is kind of hard to use (even if you do know the languages :P ) but definately worth it.
