You should file a petition to make him get a name change! On crappier boards I often see scammers sign up with the same name as a trusted member and add "-" or "." to the end. Then they proceed to scam...

can all users upload at exigo?

It's a pretty good tracker. If you're familiar with Pedro's it's better than that. I'm no longer a member (me and admin butted heads), but as I remember it: there are strict ripping standards, but you have the option of uploading torrents outside of these standards. Torrents that conform to the standards or don't are marked as such, so it gives options to the downloaders and the uploaders but makes it clear what you're getting. Also there are no banned genres (Pedro's bans rap/hip-hop).

Pretty sure any member can upload. One might have to ask for permission first but overall the rules are pretty lax.

Oink has a much wider selection but not all of it is lossless (although the number of good lossless rips is steadily increasing), it's also hard to keep your ratio up on.

Exigo, in my experience, has a smaller selection (in my experience there's a lot of older music like classic rock, jazz, and more obscure music) but it's way easier to keep your ratio up and all of the torrents are lossless.

I personally would choose Oink because I can very usually find exactly what I want on the tracker just because it's so large. Exigo has a better setup but it's harder to find what I'm looking for on it.

Exigo has a very cool layout and a bunch of cool free leech, promotion (1.5x or 2X upload), and other things on a bunch of torrents.

some people would disagree.

I would think of them as being like what and waffles. Both great sites that have rips that aren't available on the other and vice versa.
