Sending url speed

I've been ask by IPT to send them an speed request.I've gone into numion.com and done a test but i'm not sure how to send the request to IPT.
They also want my connection status. Would someone be so kind as to tell me how to send this.

they probably think your cheating
and they want to see stats to see if you are or arent.

you do the numion test and when your done it will give a Link for later reference and your forward the link to staff
