In the the newest version 1.97b it allows the bulk updating of 40 ranges
from the ip database http://www.simply-click.org/uploadertest/pg2.asp

I updated but for some reasom I seem to be having some problem with the bulk update. Update #1 works fine. The other updates don’t work at all. I’ve left a message on the comments section. Let’s see what happens.

tyberius, exact same problem here. I bet they're overloaded.

I found the answer. In the comments section, some guy suggested to me that I open the guardian.p2p file with Notepad and paste all the addresses (text version), which is what I did. I now have 248 ranges and will keep hunging for more.

I just downloaded the new PeerGuardian and used these ranges and it slowed down my downloads tremendously.

I was getting 130kb/s, turned it on and went down to 1.2kb/s!

After about half an hour i was getting annoyed, so i turned PeerGuardian off and within 30 seconds downloads went back up to 130kb/s again. I think it might be to do with these ranges.

Anybody esle had the same problem? :D

I am not terribly good at this sort of thing. However Neo tells me that

IP for that site is 166.90.203.130.

Net Range166.90.0.0 - 166.90.255.255

The domain servers are

NS1.L3.NET 209.244.0.1
NS2.L3.NET 209.244.0.2

Is this of any use to you. If so great.

If not, I'll just get my coat.

Thanks I think this should be enough but I couldnt the IP nor the range by the blocked IPs so I dont know what to do. :(
However probably someone can do something with this.

It says Addresses 104428805

Blocked 0

This blocked says 0, does that mean none are blocked?
Is it working okay?

How do I get it to work if its not okay?

thanks alot

That's usually the case if you're downloading lots of movies which turn out to be fakes. :P

Is it because Peer Guardian is blocking LOTS of ips or because Peer Guardian slows your computer down too much because you're running on a P2-300? (if so, lower aggression some...)

What ranges/ips are being blocked?

Who are BayTSP?

They offer a suite of applications and services that allows the tracking and branding of online content.

Just type it in yahoo if you want more info. :D
