[Just saw this on Piratebits and though it's interesting enough..]:

Why you ask, cause these midgets always seem to find their way back in to the scene over and over and ENOUGH!
Use this ban-list the way you want or dont want its up to you.
But we think this is one way to make it harder to "get back" after a ban.
Sure, many of these idiots got dynamic ip, wich might change their ip a lot and then back on.
But some of them are static, and many only change last 3 digits so:
We strongly advice all SiteOP's to use extreme caution when adding a new user with range matching any of below IP's:

OK people just found this on Piratebits and though it was interesting enough :P The nfo was 5 times larger and ips weren't censored (I removed them) ... I guess it's sceners against torrent sites owners :P.. Leave any comments here if you want :)
As a side note, it's funny that some site owners/staff that think are cool enough in the torrent scene are considered pieces of @#$! in the Scene :P
