The strange thing about it is that weatherbug is reporting 2 degrees celcius, It's gotta be atleast 0 for it to snow :unsure: :blink:

Blah, it has slowed down.... I think it's about to stop. Oh well, it's no fun walking /driving in snow anyways :P

in my country the snow was something normal , but since 3 years rhe snow comes very rare , i love snow

No it doesn't. Here in Texas, we rarely get snow, but when it does it usually isn't freezing. It's just that the upper air is freezing or below.

That's why when it snows here, it usually melts when it hits the ground as it's not freezing at ground level.

Snow is formed when the vapour in the cloud freezes. It doesn't need to be 0 at ground level.
