Making Vhs Rips

i have a "ATI TV Wonder PCI Bus Vers. " wit all drivers and stuff, it has comp. port in and coxial cable in. got a RCA VCR wit coxial in-and-out ports and in-and-out RCA ports i need to know what software or hardware i need to do rips from vcr and some1 to explain how to do all this
