im in the US and i can browse through arenabg at the moment. but when i try to download a torrent i get a 403 error for the tracker. they have this NIN closure dvd that i want but i cant download any torrents from them. is anyone having this problem w/ a solution?

This connection problem is nothing new for US users.

Someone came up with a proxy solution before but i havent tried it yet so i don't know if it works.

only people from bulgaria can download :)

Its not only from Bulgaria. Most of the world can download, but some countries, for example America, France and others cannot download.

You seem to know a lot about arenabg. You know know the reason why some countries such as U.S. arent able to download?

there have been some legal problems lately and also there was a complete source change of the tracker, but hopefully soon everything will be ok.
