URL Links

Hi, can someone help me figure out how to use URL links to download files for bittorrent.
For example, there's a section in this forum where many people posted many links of anime episodes for downloading, but I have no idead how to use them.
Here's an example of such a link:

How do I use this information?

i think you mean Newsgroups, you can go to the Newsgroups section and read the sticky there to how to download them :)
