it's like buying ticket when using public transport: if nobody would buy it, that's bad for you, cos there would be no transport then; but from your own point of view it's better not buying ticket cause you can buy ice-cream on the money. and if everyone would pay for it, that would be the coolest because then they could buy helicopters and stuff instead of the buses.

game : everything can be a game - i guess it should consist of a challenge, competition, goal however open it is. eg. posting in any thread can be a game. Jp regards it more as a daily routine.
You decide whether it is a game or not.
a game does not require more than one person.
just mentality.
i am bored of this game.
