Hmm...ugh...well even though this is quite a strange question. I suppose I will answer it. My guess would be no. Remember how in the first Matrix when they woke Neo they had to fix all of his muscles because none of them had ever been used? Right...when you are plugged into the Matrix everything you do, and Everything you think is happening is merely occuring inside your brain, whether its throwing a punch or as you so eloquantly put it...'poping one' the persons body should have no reaction.

Yeah Grogg is right. Being in The Matrix is like dreaming. If you dream about running or something, do you in fact run in real life? No. However, if u dream about having sex in a dream you may wake up with wet sheets :D
