USB 2.0 capable devices are connected to a USB 1.1 hub?
Mine did it too, until I pissed in the floppy drive, then it stopped.

Hoi JP, Check if you've got USB 2.0 compatible devices connected to a USB 1.1 hub, or ports. :smilie4:

The devices hubs and ports are all usb2.
It be a mystery
Or it's some sort of usb 2.0-device-connected-through-a-1.1-interface type of deal.
Who knows?
Or it may be aids.
EDit: Maybe you need to update the drivers for the usb-controller, in case ones from before you installed xp sp1 are left.

It's probably that the device is connected to a usb 1.1 port wheras the device is also compliant with a 2.0 port.
You might wanna check with some other folk, tho'.

He didn't say anything helpful. :dabs:
I'd still remove all the USB from hardware devices and let windaes reinstall all the drivers. Worth a punt.
