I acctually just got quite a few of the goosebump movies over the last 2-3 days in xvid format. I should have some disney films as well. Not sure exactly which ones.

I beleive TL and a few other sites just got some goosebump films as well.

TorrentLeech has some PAL/NTSC mix packs. Bitsoup has both Rescuers, maybe some others as well.
I have been looking for NTSC DVD Disneys also and have found that keeping an eye on both Newsgroups and much of the private trackers is the way to go.
