If you run a filesharing program here is a tip just for you:

GET AN ANTI-VIRUS PROGRAM

there are a hell of a lot of viruses out there, especially on Kazaa, and if you download anything, especially programs, without using verifieds, you risk downloading a virus/worm/trojan etc
