removed torrent+ data how do i get it back

ok i removed my torrent+ data in utorrent how do i get it back i did have a program that could do it but cant find it in google or anything someone please help.

I don't think you can, since you chose to also to remove the data. That effectively deleted your content.

If there's a program that can undelete files, then that's your best bet.

wouldnt think so i lost 2 gig of music so i really want it back

Just use a recovery tool. Google it, you'll find plenty.

If you really need the data back you can try something from http://www.diskinternals.com/ or a similar program. The best advice I can give you is to not touch anything on the hard drive. Stop downloading anything until you restore the files, or else they may be overwritten.

Like eLucid said dont download more files or write to the HD, I would recommend a program called VirtualLab or Recover My Files Data Recovery
