View Full Version : How often does Filelist open registrations?

I have been trying to get in for over a week since I have heard great things about Filelist and I keep getting the message saying that it's full and that inactive accounts are pruned all the time. Is this true? Or they just have signups closed for now? Does anyone know if they have an invite system or how often they open registrations?

They don't have invite system , and i think that they are open twice a year...

Just join TL or RevTT. They are better than FileList.

I hear its pretty much next to never, yet I can recall a bunch of ppl saying it was open Jan 25-27 with some 6,000 ppl joining.I wonder how many of those accounts were dups...heh

I was lucky enough to get on about a year ago after trying on a whim. Oddly I got banned a month or so ago and have been trying to get back in :(

Well thats a new one. Filelist is probably one of the oldest if not the oldest private tracker around.

and one of the few where you can get a decent ratio, although their latest changes to poweruser level are too rough in my opinion.

Yeah I'm pretty happy with TL and TB. I was wondering about Filelist because it seems really hard to get in since they have no invites and they never are open for registrations.

It "Open" once for , I think a day, I managed to create 3 Dupe accounts, and I have since given it away, it pretty decent stuff , what they have to offer.
