if you go into #torrentleech at irc.torrentleech.org:7011

and write !invite email
you will recieve an invitation

This works ONLY for a few days though, so go on and hurry and tell your friends too. .

Are you referring to the speeds at tl?

If so, that's why it's the most popular tracker around. Excellent content and speeds.

Just be careful if your downloading an older movie as you say and its over 5 gigs if you don't get to a certain ratio in like 5 days you will be banned.Usually older torrents don't have many people leeching so it will be hard to upload anything.I suggest starting off with something that has a lot of leechers.When i first started using torrents i made the same mistake on torrentleech and couldn't upload enough luckily got another account and learned from my mistake.

Thank you I appreciate the advice as I'm still a noob , I try and share a 2/1 just to stay safe . But have D/L a popular torrent's in the past just to keep my ratio up . :)

Just type server name, then enter the channel. Viola. :)

Ok I can confirm that this is indeed completely real and I just got an account there, but it might not be open for long. All you need to do is open mirc (after downloading it), type "/s irc.torrentleech.org:7011" in the main windows. Then type "/j invites" to get into the channel. Now inside the invites channel type "!invite [youremail]". It should kick you out of the channel and say that you're invited. That's it. It sends you an invite and you're done.

Edit: Alright I have a better way. Just use this link irc://irc.torrentleech.org:7011/invites to get into the channel if you already have an irc client installed.

If this was to a more exclusive tracker, I would be impressed. It's just TL though. We give these things out for free all day long.

I guess it's nice for those that aren't in the invite section though. :)

They are turning it on/off as trackers often do. Just try again in about 45 minutes.
