PureTnA down can't log in?

I can't log in or even register or go to the forums. Anyone else have this problem. I might be banned though. But I'm using Hide IP Platnium so I don't see how it knows who I am.

I can login, but there are no torrents anymore - it says "Nothing here - Possibly the tracker is restarting"
