They were either on a shared server and were killing the resources from other users, or their host didnt like them hosting torrents, or they didnt pay their bill. (just one of my few guesses.)

They got hacked according to their forums. Just took some time and read up on the current events. They said they are currently working on the source code and site should be up soon.

Their coder apparently left the site after it was hacked which is why it seems to be taking so long. They had to find a new coder first..
