^^ you don't need to give them the ADMIN account! simply restrict their account so all they can do is seed and not for example install applications, have axx to registry, etc.

$200? You pay to much man. Try $100 Canadian for unmetered 100mbit server. I have transferred 3TB already and could have done more if there was anything worth downloading. Man its a slow month for torrents.
