Wonder why Most of the so call "Elite" Trackers LVL 3 UP , are mostly, if nOt all Europeans.?
I wonder why is that so, look at their name, Swe..., Fin...,Nor...
not many from the States, I guess it could be the Anti Piracy Laws, [ but Germany seems to have a very strict Laws] that are enforce as oppose to other countries. and No Canadians too? Hmmmm......

because you're less likely to get busted in .eu, also generally .eu users have higher speeds (all the dedi servers based in .eu) and so become what u call "elite" because of the speeds people can get from these sites.
