Can't Download Files From Mirc

I just got my adsl connection and tried to download files from Mirc. When a bot sends me the requested file I can accept it but the download doesn't begin. The window shows the file status receiving accept.

I set up Mirc correct.

I disabled my firewall.

What i am doing wrong??

Have you disabled the 'ignore'?

Go to Options -> DCC -> Folders, you will seen a box 'DCC ignore' set the dropdown box to 'Disabled'

And there should be a checkbox to turn ignore back on, make sure you uncheck that box as well.
