In total honesty I agree it's difficult to seed back on ScT with a 100Kb/sec upline.

uploading without seedbox... just requires timing.. if u download 5 DVD-5s and expect to be 1.00 ... u will get banned. it also help if u ask for someone to seed for u every month or so...
