You can download fx. one song of an album, cause music shouldn't be RAR packed.

There is no limit to how many you can dl simultainiously that I know of on oink.

The main reason people download partial files is for ratio boosting. Although it just may be due to the person liking certain songs from certain albums.

You can download it and erase it but take care of your ration

It's always nice to atleast try to seed back 1:1.
As for picking and choosing what files to download out of a torrent isn't it that way for all trackers?

Isn't it controlled by the torrent program, not the tracker? Or can the tracker disable partial downloads?
