does it allow foreign ips and do u mind posting or pming me ascreenshot from inside the tracker to see if it would be any good for me ;)

It's no good for foreigners at least for now, although it grows really fast, maybe some time in the future it will be... 15700 memebers now... When new spots are opened they are filled very fast... Now the Limit is 17000...
