I didn't :p but I was able to figure it out from reading the sentence.

The abbreviations, not a fan of them, so I obviously don't know all of them.

Anyways, I think it's better to get a seedbox not in your country, especially if it's the US because of the RIAA and the laws.

Well a seedbox is basically a pc/server with a high-speed connection where you can seed at a high speed, but usually people refer to a server where they seed their torrents.
