software to protect my CD/DVD by a password

i want a program to protect my DVDs and CDs so only me can view and copy the disks
i will prefer free one

you are probably aware there is no unbreakable cd/dvd copy protection :)
if you really want to protect your media from copying read this (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copy_protection) as it might give you some idea what you must take into consideration.

if you only want to protect your data from prying eyes you might consider true crypt. (http://www.truecrypt.org)you can make volume of any size (for example you can fit it on cd or dvd) than you mount it like virtual drive with password and/or keyfile and you work with your data. it employs best crypto and hash algorithms, and it's free. one app i'm always glad to recommend :)

Well, Roxio Easy CD Creator has that feature...
You can try WTM CD Protect or CryptCD too.
