is there a way where my torrents can run off of my wireless and everything else run on my wired so that my torrents dont affect my wired connection?

If you have 2 network adapters, I guess it's possible, at least in uTorrent http://www.utorrent.com/faq.php#How_can_I_make_.C2.B5Torrent_use_a_specific_network_adapter.3F

If you have a static IP, then you just enter that IP on both net.bind_ip and net.outgoing_ip. If your IP is dynamically allocated, I guess you could use wildcards, like xxx.xxx.xxx.???, where x are the numbers of the IP that are never changing , and ? replace the IP numbers that are changing.
