In my experience you won't get high level trackers by compiling alot of level 3s and 4s. People don't want to trade for 10 trackers at once, especially since odds are that they have them all. Id say your best bet would be to buffer thors and oink a bit more then try your luck.
I could be wrong, this is just my advice

Well to be honest, I really don't want any level 4's because I have no need for them. I'm tired of collecting trackers now. I'm just listing some stuff I have that may be wanted. It's mostly directed towards anyone with low speed upload or someone feeling generous.

I've already had some luck in getting a level 5 tracker with a similiar offer, although it did have a level 4 with it
