I downloaded the matrix reloaded the centropy svcd, and it works fine on my computer, but after i burn it and try to watch it on my dvd player, the picture skips every second and the sound skips as well. What should i do?

thats kinda like mine. it plays fine on the SVCD on my DVD rom on my computer but on my DVD player it flips like it scrolling down. my DVD player plays SVCD's the sounds perfect but the picture is all screwed up

get a new dvd player for one,
and post in the right section for two
