Can download songs but not Video

Hi

I use Nzbsrus to download songs and video. They go through News File Grabber NFG).

When I download songs I can open them up and they play through my ITunes however if I download a video or tv show when I try and open up the file it appears as a RAR file and I get the following message:

"Windows cannot open this file. To open this fiule, Windows needs to know what program created it"

COuld someone please let me know what causes this problem.

Are you guys able to download video and tv shows OK?
