I checked it they are using a Lunix based servers (Fedora Core 6) for 15 U$ per month which is very cool but unfortunate for me that i don't know how to use Lunix so i need a seedbox running a Windows OS, so is there any out there provide such thing

highest dn around 4MB and up around 3MB...
depends on seeders and leechers
