How i Uploading an file ( game, movie etc.. ) to an tracker... i use uTorrent client.

Usually the tracker you upload to will have an upload guide.

If not

In uTorrent:

File > Create new torrent > then click the directory of which you want to upload > Get your upload link from that tracker which should be on their upload page and enter it in that box > Click start seeding and if it's a private traker check that box > Create and save as > save it where accessible then upload to the tracker

most will not let users or powerusers upload. They will require you to gain special upload permission.

you have to download the torrent form the site, it will have the passkey

stop trying to seed the original one, remove it from utorrent,

you have to download it from the tracker and seed that one,

overwrite the original one, or delete it before hand.
