got many 4226 tcpip

what should i do ? i set my the connection limits 50 but still many event 4226 tcpip.Some guide set that 500 , some set from 50-100.
Can this slow down my downloa, upload speed?
I need your help.

I have mine at 90 and got the same problem...think that its ok to happen because of many simultaneous connection...it doesnt affect your upload or download..Mine is not affected
