I have seen that bug many times. This is not the first time that I am seeing so many seeders.

Its probably not the tracker acctually.

Ussually its a users client not setup properly that keeps sending false announces to the tracker.
You see this on litterally every torrent site on rare occasions if you look hard enough ;0)
Ussually the persons client and or computer needs a reboot and then the issue gets fixed.
