As far as "holy grail" for TV EP's, from what I here BitmeTV is the best.

I had an account there way back when they first opened and never used it and it was closed for lack of use. :( I wasn't as serious with torrents back then.

I've been searching for one for a while now, hard to come by, most people will want something in return for that kind of invite.
