i just get in swebits. this is my question
http://img153.imageshack.us/img153/7940/whynouploadjj0.th.jpg (http://img153.imageshack.us/my.php?image=whynouploadjj0.jpg)

I have to limit my download speed because my utorrent will get about 200 KB/s download and without upload.I choose this with only 2 seeds /221 leech.
-Should i let the utorrent download completely this and it will start seeding ?
i limit the download about 30-40KB/s and waiting to increase the upload speed but upload speed is still 0 .
i have to choose and download carefully because it's not easy to get in to swebits .

-I don't use Window XP Firewall-i use Outpost and i add utorrent to Trusted program.
-i forward my port u can see the green face.

No need to limit your d/l on that file, just make sure you u/l at max once you've got it.;)

Just let the whole file download at full speed. You won't manage to upload much of it as you go, but you can get back to a ratio of 1 after the download is complete. ;)

Edit: However, if this is a small file that has a short life (like a new tv episode), you might not be able to seed much after downloading if you don't jump on at the beginning.

i finished download but the upload speed is only 4-5KB/s why another dvd from bitsoup reachs 50KB/s.As u can see , the one from swebits got more peers than from bitsoup. So the upload speed depends on what ?

it depends on the amount of leechers. since private trackers have loads of people seeding its a bitch to maintain a decent ratio.

Hey, check if you have your DHT enabled in uTorrent.
Most trackers don't allow DHT. Go to Options->Preferences->BitTorrent->
and uncheck "Enable DHT Network" and "Enable DHT for new torrents."

If you are uploading two torrents, stop or limit the one that is going fast (BitSoup). This should free up your upload bandwidth for the Swebits torrent.

"Enable Peer Exchange" has to be checked.

Um, the FAQs I've seen say to disable DHT and Peer Exchange.

DHT must be disabled in your client, DHT can cause your stats to be recorded incorrectly and could be seen as cheating also disable PEX (peer exchange) Anyone using this will be banned for cheating the system. Check your snatchlist regularly to ensure stats are being recorded correctly, allow 30mins for the tracker to update your stats.

Limit the upload to Bitsoup to free up your bandwith. Do you have PG2 running. It may be blocking some of those peers that you see. Try these setting on UT. It may help. I always max upload and download with them and if they don't help, it is the probably the amount of people connecting to it and the speeds that they have.

ON Network:

# Disable 'Randomize port each time µTorrent starts'
# Set 'Global maximum upload rate (kB/s)' to 12500

ONTorrents:

# Disable these two: 'Enable DHT Network' and 'Enable DHT for new torrents'
# Set 'Global maximum number of connections' to 2000
# Set 'Maximum numbers of connected peers per torrent' to 250
# Set 'Number of upload slots per torrent' to 250

ON Advanced:

# net.low_cpu = false
# net.max_halfopen = 43
# peer.disconnect_inactive_intervall = 500
# diskio.sparse_files = true
