I'm looking to add another drive to my PC, and was just fine adding a duplicate of what I currently have:

Model ID WDC WD3200KS-75PFB0
Serial Number WD-WCAPD1758895
Revision 21.00M21
Device Type SATA-II
Parameters 620181 cylinders, 16 heads, 63 sectors
per track, 512 bytes per sector
LBA Sectors 625142448
Buffer 16 MB
Multiple Sectors 16
ECC Bytes 50
Unformatted Capacity 305245 MB

I saw this drive (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16822136003), which may be the same, but from the Everest report, it lists my current drive as, "SATA-II", but the one in from the link only says, "SATA".

Is this something I need to pay attention to?

Yes. (the faster drive will communicate with the slower drive...at the slower drives transfer rate.)

The link says: SATA 3.0Gb/s

The 3.0Gb/s is SATA II

It is the same drive.

WD3200KS

That's enough to identify the exact model.

The only differences may be in the revision, which refers to the electronics on the circuit board and shouldn't concern you unless they've made a major balls up on one particular revision.
